Christina is a Co-Active® Coach and Language Consultant. She’s a British expat living and working in Milan, Italy. She started her career in investment banking in London in 2000, having graduated from Cambridge University in Modern Languages. She worked for Citibank, HSBC and HSBC Republic where she worked on the trading floor and in client-facing roles in Private Banking. She then changed direction and opened a photography business with a partner.
Now Christina runs workshops for multinational organizations, and her client list includes senior management and directors. She’s particularly skilled at helping individuals uncover and nurture hitherto hidden depths and strengths. Relentless in the pursuit of as yet unrealized human potential, she pushes her clients beyond perceived limitations to strive for excellence both professionally and privately. Christina is thrilled to be able to combine her expertise and love of photography with her coaching skills by using photography as a tool to play with and explore what makes us fundamentally human. She’s passionate about the development of authentic leadership by promoting ownership, responsibility and accountability for results and impact at all levels. She firmly believes in fostering business cultures that promote environments in which creativity, adaptability and shared vision thrive.
Will’s quest is to explore and expand the full expression of who we are in life and at work. To shift the attention of the conversation, from “How To” Lead, to “How You”Lead .
Over a 20 year successful career in financial services Will has held a variety of leadership positions. Through the 80’s, nineties and early noughties Will experienced first hand the command and control / one size fits all style of management, and the subsequent diminution of trust and responsibility in the workforce. Will became aware of the limiting nature in well-being, human perfomance and financial results of these approaches, and became simultaneously passionate about more invigorating approaches to Leadership.
Adding to his sales and management experience, Will rigorously retrained in Coaching and Leadership, successfully re-inventing himself mid-career. Will is an avid sailor and “old boat” owner, he has skippered three Bermuda races, sailed the pacific and logged 10,000 miles (and counting) of offshore sailing.
Magali was born in France. Her international exposure started during her business studies. In 2003, Magali joined BASF and has held various leadership positions in Procurement in Germany and Singapore. In 2011, she became Asia Pacific Head of Mining, Oilfield and Water Solutions in Hong Kong. After 10 years of experience in the business, she decided to move to Human Resources, where she is currently Head of Internal Coaching.
Magali has always been passionate about people development, which led her to become certified as a professional coach with CTI, the Coaches Training Institute. Her main focus is now on bringing her passion for coaching into BASF. She believes that Leaders always have an impact on their world. Using her own experience, she wants to support the emergence of new leaders and work with experienced leaders to bring back the “essence of what makes us human” into the corporate world. Her personal stake in this is “Being Human, as a Leader, we create much more.”
Magali is also a fan of Latin music and passionate about dance. For her, dancing creates a colorful world of individuals expressing their soul through their body, with all the rich and diverse interpretation of the music, the various rhythms of the beat, the positive energy which is shared on the dance floor, the connections between human beings, the freedom and liberating feelings which emerge from this. Coaching is also co-creating a dance for Magali and she will surely challenge you to discover or recover a sense of connection to get in touch with your own expression of creativity.
