I’m a Leadership Development coach, deeply passionate about what I do, and bringing all of who I am to my Work and my clients. Colleagues and clients know me as warm, generously open, and very human.
Wisdom is the ability to discern and read subtleties, to see reality for what it is (rather than what we’d like it to be) and to be able to take tough decisions in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity. It’s an attribute that is proving ever more necessary these days and I work with my clients to open their path to ever greater wisdom.
My particular coaching strengths of total presence, unwavering commitment and client-focus are combined with a very keen intellect and an ability to synthesise complex concepts into clear, concise analogies and metaphors. My Work is to bring clarity, humanity, wisdom, and an ever expanding embrace of complexity and paradox for my clients.
Bringing all of who I am to my work and my clients every day is the result of constant exploration and application of what it means to be human, to live in this time, to navigate relationships, life and business from myriad perspectives. I believe whole-heartedly that to be an effective Leadership Development coach, first and foremost I must put my attention and energy into self-transformation and my own expanding awareness, how I make meaning of the world, and how I show up and live. And from this place I can better serve my clients with compassion, humility and integrity.
I create programs and run workshops for multinational organizations and private individuals, and my client list includes senior management and directors.
When I’m not working you can usually find me up in my beloved mountains walking or skiing. Or if it’s miserable outside I indulge in my passion for art, wandering through galleries or creating pieces myself.
